Virtual Team Model

This model gives our clients flexibility to hire and maintain a team of qualified professionals that work in conjunction with their US team. The virtual team located in India will be accessible to the US team through a local US number. Typically someone from the US team can assign work to the India team on a regular basis and monitor the work progress.

Process

  • Client specifies the resource requirement to Profound
  • The HR manager at Profound will do the job posts, collects resumes and screens the candidates
  • Client conducts the final interview and selects candidates
  • Achieve an exact fit to your business requirements, in the same time it would take to customize an off-the-shelf package.
  • Profound then makes a job offer with salary and benefits, hires the resource, provides them with office space, computer software, hardware, networking and organizes training where necessary
  • Client interacts with the virtual team on a regular basis to get the work done. A manager from Profound will also monitor the meeting and work progress from India

Project/Product Outsourcing Model

In this model, the client provides with detailed business requirements for their projects and a team from Profound will follow the software development lifecycle to deliver a completed project to the client. A technical manager from Profound will prepare a project plan with milestones and deliverables clearly defined and keeps the client informed of the project progress on a regular basis.

Process

  • Client provides detailed business requirements in a document (BRD)
  • Based on the initial estimates, Profound assigns a development manager and team of qualified resources to the project
  • The development manager will come up with the initial project plan
  • The project team will perform the analysis and come up with the detailed System Requirement Document (SRD) and a Technical Design document
  • Development manager will finalize the scope and project plan with the client along with the setting clear deliverables and milestones
  • Once the development and testing are completed, the client is involved in the final testing before handing over the final deliverables to them
